I don’t understand, I can’t play due to it saying I may not have purchased the app, is there something I’m missing?
It’s simple because the obb package isn’t compatible with your phone… Most phones have Adreno, but there are other gpu out there like Mali etc. Best way is to: 1. download the original app from app store 2. copy that original obb package elsewhere 3. Download the mod apk 4. Uninstall the original apk 5. Install mod apk 6. Copy original mod back in corresponding obb path.

Returning dwellers are stuck again in version 1.8 on vault door. In both versions (v1 and v2).
Confirmed. Unable to call explorers that you sent to the wastelands back into the shelter. It says inventory is full even though storage space is available.

My only confusion lies in the obb file. Where do i find the new obb file or do i delete the obb file for fallout shelter?
Extract it and then copy the whole “com.bethsoft.falloutshelter” folder to the “Internal Storage/Android/OBB” folder

Ive placed the obb file in android/obb place and my game still does not load up, all i see is a small box that says modded by ihackedit then it crashes on me, id like to know where im messing up at if possible.
